•Develop and execute strategies to optimize yield, pricing, and profitability across key products, services, or inventory.
•Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to drive RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy goals.
•Analyze market demand, booking trends, and competitor pricing to set optimal rates and packages.
•Manage room inventory and pricing across all channels including direct booking, OTAs, GDS, and third-party partners.
•Oversee and adjust rate structures, length-of-stay controls, and distribution restrictions to maximize yield.
•Conduct displacement analysis and manage group pricing to balance transient and group business.
•Monitor performance against forecasts and recommend adjustments to pricing or operational plans.
•Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align yield strategies with overall business goals.
•Design and implement yield management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
•Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies and improving throughput.
•Leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML tools, and market intelligence to continuously refine yield models.
•Lead and grow a high-performing yield and pricing analysis team.
•Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
•Serve as a thought leader and internal consultant on yield-related best practices.
•4+ years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience. •A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset. •Bachelor's or master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Tourism or Economic Studies. •Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) •Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, RMS Channel Manager, •Experience with ERP, pricing engines, or inventory management systems. •Strong interpersonal skills to deal diplomatically with all business contacts and effectively liaise with senior management team. •Strong leadership qualities, sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills necessary to direct operations. •Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
