MedSpa & Aesthetics Travel Sales Manager - $3,000 Base + High Commission | Company Car | Paid Travel & HousingWe're hiring a Traveling Sales Manager to support and grow our luxury MedSpa locations across multiple states. If you have experience in medical aesthetics or luxury spa sales-and enjoy leading teams and traveling-this could be the perfect role for you.What You'll Do:Travel to spa locations in Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Indiana, or TexasLead and coach in-spa sales teams to hit goalsSell services like injectables, skincare treatments, and membershipsHelp launch new spa locations and improve existing onesStay at each location for 60-90 days, depending on performanceRequirements (Must-Haves):1+ year experience in a MedSpa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury spaProven sales and team leadership experienceStrong communication, sales, and client service skillsOpen to frequent U.S. travel (flights, housing, and car provided)Pay & Benefits:$3,000 base salary + 5-10% commission (uncapped)Company car and fully paid travel/housingPaid training and onboardingEmployee discountsCareer growth opportunitiesImportant:This is not an entry-level role.
