Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze sales performance, customer demand, and market data to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Develop and monitor quantitative analytics and metrics, including market analysis reports, competitive analysis reports, forecasts, sales performance at the dealer and regional level, and pipeline inventory. Track customer-level retail sales and inventory, identify trends, and flag discrepancies to ensure accurate forecasting and replenishment planning. Formulate valid conclusions and reports for the international team regarding the effectiveness of distributors' sales and marketing strategies, operations, and brand image in each country. Cross Functional & Distributor Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities and drive coordinated execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, Distribution, Parts & Accessories, and Technical Services. Get information and monitor how international distributors and their dealership network follow Kawasaki's brand image and international business direction. Collaborate with distributors to identify potential business opportunities and be informed of the implementation of action plans. Act as a liaison between the International distributor and inter-company departments to support the business needs and facilitate the development of the brand in the region. Operation Oversight: Work closely with Distributors to monitor and improve lead management performance. Monitor customer orders from placement through fulfillment, identify delays or issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Optimize order-to-delivery and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and alignment. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent from a four-year college is preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory. An MBA is desirable. A minimum of five years of related experience and/or training in a sales environment is required. Experience with international projects and knowledge of international business (preferably powersports and automotive) is required. The candidate should have multi-experience in areas such as sales, project management, and marketing. Exposure to the elaboration of sales and marketing plans and strategies is needed. The role requires exposure to demographics, market, and sales analysis to understand the market. Skills and Qualifications: Communication and Language:

Perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish (written, spoken, and reading). Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a hands-on exposure to international and cultural diversities. Organizational and Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate multiple complex tasks simultaneously under minimal supervision. Works well under pressure to meet rigid deadlines and is available to work irregular and extended hours as needed. Technical Proficiency:

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on excellent Excel knowledge. Must have a basic understanding of internet technologies and a foundational knowledge of CRM. The ability to understand the relationship between system applications and how their integration supports the sales and marketing process is also required. Interpersonal and Judgment:

Excellent interpersonal skills, tactfulness, and diplomacy are essential for developing and maintaining strong relationships. Requires a capacity for creative thinking and good judgment/decision-making skills. Travel:
