As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of various events aimed at enhancing brand engagement and driving customer satisfaction. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize event themes, coordinate logistics, and ensure that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, trade shows, and promotional events. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event objectives are met. Develop and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs. Create and maintain event timelines and ensure all team members are informed of their responsibilities. Promote events through various marketing channels and drive attendance through strategic outreach. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of past events handled. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and relationship building. Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Benefits
