Apex Systems is seeking a Sr. Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer to support and Aircraft Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on developing, revising, and reviewing build and installation plans for aircraft modifications, ensuring manufacturing readiness, and supporting production execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain build and installation plans for the Aircraft Commercial Re-Engine Program.Create detailed work instructions for component, system, and assembly installations.Author and maintain production and manufacturing process documentation and training materials.Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and timely updates.Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and drive process improvements.Follow established procedures, publication standards, and government/customer specifications.Maintain data in web-based tools and databases.Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to define content needs.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members during project execution.Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and integrity.Analyze engineering drawings and modification data to assess product impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support global coordination efforts.Ensure compliance with AS9100D and company quality management system requirements.Resolve technical issues affecting performance, cost, or schedule.Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.Apply analytical thinking to problem-solving and drive innovation with speed and agility.Preferred Tools & Systems Experience:GOLDespCATIA V5IVTPowerPointManufacturing Readiness AssessmentsProgram Manufacturing PlanEBOM/MBOM reconciliationMANTISADOCMPROQualifications: Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related experience, Master's degree with 7 years of related experience, or PhD with 4 years of related experience.
