Service is the number one correlated driver to Advisor satisfaction and getting service right, in both quality and efficiency, is one of the top priorities of the firm. Our Service team, which sits within LPL's Client Success organization, is comprised of over 1,300 frontline staff and leaders responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day support, guidance and protection to LPL's network of independent advisors, institutions, and staff. Our service model design and delivery team is critical in ensuring we test and learn into the right human-assisted service models for new clients, and optimize existing models for efficiencies while improving the client experience. Job Overview: The Vice President, Service Model Design And Delivery will play a critical role in shaping the future of LPL's service organization. This senior leader will design, deliver, and continuously evolve scalable service models that support advisors, institutions, and clients. The VP will serve as a strategic partner across the enterprise, leading high-impact initiatives, driving adoption of new solutions, and ensuring readiness for future growth, including acquisitions. Responsibilities: Lead service center readiness for upcoming acquisitions, including model design, escalation paths, operational workflows, and IVR/telephony integration. Drive strategic projects to enhance advisor experience, including entitlements, standard operating procedures, and service innovation. Reimagine and deliver an enhanced advisor acclimation journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience. Lead change management and adoption strategies for key service initiatives across the organization. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations for senior leadership decision-making and approvals. Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting to measure service effectiveness and inform strategy. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting, with proven success in service model design, transformation, or strategy. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives. Highly proficient in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to build impactful executive-level deliverables. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a track record of driving results in complex, fast-paced environments. Why LPL?
