Test Engineer Position At BAE Systems
BAE Systems is searching for a
Test Engineer
with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter, able to work individually or as part of a team, willing to take direction and be able to communicate effectively. The ideal candidate would be familiar or experienced in: NI Test Software Tools TestStand LabWindows/CVI Software Instrument Communication Network analyzers Spectrum analyzers Microwave/RF measurements VSWR Gain Compression Phase noise Proficiency in C# is desirable Required Education, Experience, & Skills Programming Languages: Proficient in C, C++ and C# Current Secret Clearance Test solution software integration Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, etc.) Experience using NI LabWindows CVI and TestStand Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies. Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution. Experienced in developing RF test measurements for production Ability to perform test solution development: Hardware Focus (test adapters, cables, tools, and interface modules) Software Focus (drivers, utilities, executives, and test software) Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275 Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
