Join the MOBILY LLC team as a Bilingual Retail Store Manager I (58134). Mobily is an AT&T authorized retailer and one of the fastest growing in the nation. You will lead and inspire a store team, drive sales and operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a dynamic, fast-growing company with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Own the sales and operations of your store, driving business performance and team success. Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage inventory and roll out new products and services in collaboration with the District Manager and key partners. Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and product knowledge. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer. Actively coach and motivate on the sales floor. Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting with ease.
What Were Looking For
1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment) Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards Ability to motivate others and create a winning team atmosphere Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
