Reliable Mother's helper-drives kids & help with kids chores

We need a mother's helper for two children, aged 4 and 11 starting immediately. The hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This would be in the 4S Ranch/ Rancho Bernardo area. The responsibilities include picking up children from school/day care and driving them to activities. Preparing meals, feeding, playing with and bathing the younger kid, doing laundry and help with minimal housekeeping tasks.
