Lead Full Stack Developer

This role is pivotal in overseeing the complete software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, while leading project work with offshore development teams. Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of software systems, ensuring high-quality, testable code. Manage and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate with offshore teams. Utilize SQL Server and .NET Core to build robust web-based applications. Experience with both back end and front end languages such as Java, Angular, and React Implement testing platforms and write unit tests to ensure code quality. Work in an Agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Proven experience leading small teams through full-stack application builds. Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java, with experience in REST API development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. What's in it for you?
