QA Lead
Our client, a global leader in business transformation and workplace innovation, is seeking multiple QA Leads to join their team. As a QA Lead, you will be part of the Software Quality Department supporting Business Transformation (BT) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and cross-team coordination skills, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and projects Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases Facilitate bug lifecycle management and ensure timely resolution Collaborate with automation specialists to support automated testing Provide quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders What's Needed? 35 years of experience leading software testing projects Strong QA expertise and understanding of best practices Excellent project management and leadership skills Proficiency in reporting and metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
