Responsibilities Performing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by the Person in Charge (PIC). Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the store. Greeting and serving guests. Handling payments at the cash register. Preparing drinks at the Tea Bar. Preparing ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing. Packaging cakes into boxes.
Essential functions
The essential functions are not all-inclusive. Reliable attendance is required. Education and Experience
Some high school education. Preferred experience in operations and food safety, including local Food Handler certification (at applicants expense).
