What Were Looking For: Previous customer service or call center experience required (Financial services or banking background is a
plus , but not mandatory) Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Dependable, professional, and eager to grow in a long-term role Must be available to work Saturdays
