The lead teacher will deliver instruction in Mandarin Chinese across all content areas, fostering a student-centered, culturally responsive, and inclusive learning environment aligned with the school's mission and standards. Key Responsibilities
Implement the schools mission and vision, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth Create an inclusive classroom that respects and reflects students' cultures and identities Develop and deliver curriculum in Mandarin Chinese for all core subjects Use data to inform instruction and support differentiated learning Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student support Engage families and the community to foster partnership and student success Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Education or related field Two or more years of teaching experience preferred Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in bilingual, multicultural, or diverse settings is desirable Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $60K to $80K, with a comprehensive benefits package. Application Process
