This new role is designed to support the launch and expansion of Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System. The Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets. Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System is cutting-edge technology that will change the lives of patients with high blood pressure. This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness, access, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers. Position Responsibilities

Territory & Account Development Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies. Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders. Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams. Sales Execution Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource. Execute focused outreach strategies in "hot" markets with high patient potential. Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory. Customer Engagement Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility. Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes. Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts. Training & Development Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies. Operate flexibly in a dynamic, evolving environment with a "project mentality." Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance. Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. Basic Qualifications

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience OR Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years Medtronic Clinical Specialist experience Desired/Preferred Qualifications

NICE TO HAVE: Proven success in pharmaceuticals or high growth direct to consumer sales Experience in direct-to-consumer or community-based sales models Background in launching new therapies or products Familiarity with cardiovascular or hypertension markets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and flexibly in ambiguous environments Graduate of Medtronic PRIME program Physical Job Requirements
