We are seeking an

Event Technology Specialist

to support the marketing events team in leading the

technical build and execution

of events for the FY26 event cycle. This role will focus on the

digital event infrastructure , ensuring seamless attendee experiences through the

Cvent platform

and related tools. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in building event websites, mobile apps, and managing attendee communications within

Cvent Flex , with minimal oversight or ramp-up time. Responsibilities

Own the

technical build and configuration

of events within the

Cvent Flex platform . Develop and maintain

Attendee Hub

and

mobile apps

tailored to multi-day, attendee-specific events. Import

complex agendas

from Excel and structure them within the Cvent environment. Set up and manage

push notifications

for real-time attendee engagement. Build and schedule

custom email communications

targeted to specific attendee groups. Manage the

event inbox , responding to registration inquiries and troubleshooting attendee issues. Coordinate

multi-hotel room blocks

within Cvent for large-scale events. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise with the

Cvent Flex platform , including Attendee Hub and mobile app configuration. Experience importing and managing

complex, multi-session agendas . Strong understanding of

event communications , including automated and custom email campaigns. Prior experience managing

multi-hotel room blocks

within Cvent. Ability to manage an

event registration inbox

and resolve attendee issues professionally. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a

hybrid model

(3 days onsite in St. Paul, MN). Preferred Qualifications

Experience building full event registration websites and mobile apps through

Cvent . Background in marketing or events within a

corporate environment . Familiarity with other event tech tools or CRM platforms is a plus. About SSi People
