Compliance Manager

to lead its national compliance function in the physical security space. With operations in over 35 states and expanding to all 50 (and beyond), this company enables large-scale construction firms to gain real-time visibility into workforce activity, access control, and site security. This is a

compliance-only

role not technical , and

not EHS . The company provides cutting-edge badging, access control, and geofencing systems. The ideal candidate will come from the

security compliance world , with experience navigating security regulations and managing licensing, bonding, and state-level credentialing. Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-state compliance strategy across licensing, insurance, registration, and bonding Manage workforce credentialing (e.g., certifications, expiration dates) and badging access Partner with internal legal and security teams to meet reporting deadlines and regulatory standards Work closely with clients during active construction phases to support access and site compliance Interpret evolving security laws (e.g., in-house vs. private security regulations) across all U.S. states Occasional travel for badging implementation or compliance support What Were Looking For: 5+ years in

physical security compliance

(not EHS or tech) Remote work experience and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of construction job sites or labor management is a plus Builder mindsetcomfortable with ambiguity, no playbook, and eager to create structure This is a rare opportunity to help shape national compliance infrastructure for one of the most forward-thinking players in the construction data space.
