Site Manager - Intelligence Community (TS/SCI + Polygraph Required) ? On-site -Aurora, Colorado ? $200,000 - $220,000
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a moderate-risk Operations & Management contract supporting the Intelligence Community. This position requires a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and proven experience managing complex engineering, construction, and plant operations projects in secure environments.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of facilities management, construction projects, procurement activities, and Central Plant operations at a secure U.S. Government site. Serve as the primary liaison with the Client Plant Manager, ensuring strong client relationships and contractual compliance. Lead and supervise technical teams, including Service Contract Act (SCA) employees, Fluor staff, and subcontractors. Oversee planning, scheduling, and integration of maintenance activities with plant and power operations. Monitor safety, quality, cost, and productivity, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Drive process improvements and implement automated work processes to enhance efficiency. Support proposal development, commercial strategy, and client engagement for follow-on work. Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph (U.S. citizenship required). At least 7 years supporting the Intelligence Community. Engineering background with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. 7+ years managing projects of similar size and scope, including EPFC/CM projects. Experience leading SCA employees and working on-site in secure facilities. Program management experience/certification and process improvement expertise. Familiarity with SAP, Costpoint, and AutoCAD. Jobsite experience with construction safety programs. Accredited 4-year degree (or equivalent combination of education and 16 years related experience). Ability to respond on-site within 2 hours for emergencies outside normal business hours. Proficiency in Spanish or working knowledge of the language preferred. What We Offer
