Copeland Toyota has an opening within our service center call team. We are a growing automotive group with room for advancement. We are looking for applicants with a solid customer service background and call center or appointment setting skills.Automotive experience is not required however, Business Development Centerexperience is a plus. Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority! Effectively listen and communicate with our service customers Making outbound calls pertaining to follow up, appointment reminder and other service-related calls. Respond to email and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Other duties as assigned.
