Copeland Toyota has an opening within our service center call team. We are a growing automotive group with room for advancement. We are looking for applicants with a solid customer service background and call center or appointment setting skills.Automotive experience is not required however, Business Development Centerexperience is a plus. A Service Appointment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our service customers. Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority!

Sunday: OFF, Monday: 8AM-6PM ,Tuesday OFF, Wednesday: 7AM-6PM, Thursday: 7AM-5PM, Friday: 8AM-5PM,Saturday:8AM-4PM

Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
Effectively listen and communicate with our service customers
Making outbound calls pertaining to follow up, appointment reminder and other service-related calls.
Respond to email and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Other duties as assigned.
