Gravity Haus is looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Baristas to bring warmth, precision, and energy to every guest interaction. You'll serve incredible coffee while building meaningful moments that fuel our Gravity Haus Members and guests for the day's adventures.

What You'll Do
Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and a can-do attitude Prepare and serve expertly crafted espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and seasonal specialties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, equipment, and customer spaces Answer guest questions, take orders, and provide recommendations with confidence Create a memorable, efficient experience for all Gravity Haus guests and Members Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep guests and teammates safe Jump in to help with restocking, dishes, and side work when needed Represent Gravity Haus and Unravel Coffee as a brand ambassador and cultural steward Embrace the Gravity Haus core values of: Keep Growing Bring Others Along Create Powerful Moments Be "All-In" + Go the Distance Make it Better than You Found It Who You are

1+ years of experience in customer service 1+ year barista experience preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 pounds
