What Youll Do As a Family & Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Youll represent clients in a wide range of matters, including: Divorce and legal separation proceedings Child custody, visitation, and support matters Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements Guardianship cases Mediation, arbitration, and courtroom representation Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care What Were Looking For We're seeking candidates who bring compassion, confidence, and experience to the table: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family & Matrimonial law Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State Excellent communication and client-relations skills Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence Compensation & Benefits Associate Level : $110,000 $125,000 Partner Level : $125,000 $160,000 Additional performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Why Tully Rinckey?
