Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with a stable track record supporting partners and associates across high-volume transactional practices. The ideal candidate brings deep closing/title experience and can also assist with corporate governance and entity work.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions: contract to close, checklists, and critical datesDraft and prepare closing documents: deeds, affidavits, lien waivers, UCC filings, closing statementsOrder, review, and clear title; handle title commitments, exceptions, endorsements, and post-closingCoordinate surveys, legal descriptions, recordation, escrow/disbursements, and closing bindersInterface with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, title abstractors, and vendors to drive timelinesSupport corporate governance: entity formations, amendments, dissolutions, EIN applicationsMaintain organized files, manage checklists, and ensure compliance with firm proceduresPrepare leasing-related documents and assist with due diligence packages as neededMust-Haves:5+ years as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm settingDemonstrated tenure/stability (multi-year stints; minimal job hopping)Strong title/closing experience; comfort with multi-party, lender-driven transactionsWorking knowledge of corporate/LLC entity documentation and filingsProficiency with closing/title software and DMS (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia, Landtech, iManage) and Microsoft 365Meticulous attention to detail, deadline ownership, and professional communication with all stakeholdersNice-to-Haves:SBA/agency lending experience (504/7a)Leasing experience (commercial, retail, office, industrial)REIT or broader fund/portfolio exposureCompensation:Up to $100,000 DOE, plus benefitsFor consideration, please remit your resume to jsilva(@)adamsmartingroup.com.
