This position contributes to the assessment of the health status of individuals, participates in the development and modification of the plan of care, implements the appropriate aspects of the plan of care, maintains safe and effective nursing care, and participates in the evaluation of the responses to the plan of care.WHO WE AREWith 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest.
