Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Support local community events in our market area. Help manage the agency's website and social media content. Compensation and Benefits

Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to make presentations to potential customers Experience in marketing financial products Knowledge of financial services, life, and health products Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must have current) Series 6 and 63 (must be able to obtain) Mortgage License (must be able to obtain) Maintain current knowledge of product changes, licensing, and continuing education requirements Position may require irregular working hours If you are motivated to succeed and see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
