Shipping And Receiving Associate
Our client is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, organization, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate Location: Ludington, MI Pay Range: $18-$20+ an hour What's the Job? Receive all incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for damage and accuracy and ensure proper documentation. Unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks and distribute materials to proper locations. Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements. Coordinate with carrier for pickups, tracking, and delivery confirmations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving areas. What's Needed? Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to use shipping software, scanners, and computer systems. Strong attention to detail and good communication. The ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or shift work depending on company needs. What's in it for me?
