Digital Media Manager

The Public Affairs department of the New York City Campaign Finance Board seeks a Digital Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital content across the agency's social and digital platforms. The Digital Media Manager will develop social content calendars, manage influencer campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative across formats, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Reporting to the Content Strategist, this role will supervise a Social Media Manager. We are looking for an exceptional digital storyteller who is passionate about breaking down barriers to participation by creating accessible, engaging digital content that empowers New Yorkers to participate in the democratic process and connects them to key civic information where they are online. - Lead strategy, planning, and execution of digital and social content for NYC Votes and CFB platforms, translating agency goals into social media and digital campaigns. - Develop and maintain master and specialized social media calendars aligned with election cycles and strategic priorities. - Manage influencer campaigns and partnerships, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with messaging strategies and agency objectives. - Supervise content creation across formats (video, graphics, copy), providing creative direction to internal teams and external vendors while ensuring brand voice and accessibility standards. - Collect, analyze, and report on digital content performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform stakeholders. - Maintain rapid-response workflows to publish timely, relevant content during high-intensity periods, ensuring accurate and accessible information for all audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that engage priority audiences, including youth voters, voters with disabilities, LOTE communities, and justice-impacted voters. - Ensure all content meets accessibility, inclusivity, and language access standards.
