as a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health and safety policies across large-scale active construction sites. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain a safe work environment and drive continuous improvement in safety practices, all within our Zero Harm commitment. Essential Functions Develop and manage safety programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA). Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all active job sites. Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions. Deliver safety training and orientation for all employees, subcontractors, and new hires. Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards. Maintain documentation and reporting related to safety performance, incidents, and compliance. Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in commercial construction. CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30/510 certification. First Aid/CPR certified. In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel between job sites as needed.
