Safety Manager
for the
Nashville
office. Our Safety Manager is a member of the Safety Team and collaborates with project team leaders, field leaders, and front-line field workers to educate all on FZ's safety culture and standards and ensure those standards are adhered to by all. The Safety Manager will help build, maintain, and improve safety programs, policies, processes, and practices. What We're Looking for: A Relationship Builder.

You measure progress and results by documenting, tracking data, establishing metrics, and keeping reports up-to-date. You communicate pertinent information and hold yourself and others accountable for safety culture. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Construction or Industrial Safety, with knowledge of electrical hazards. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a relevant field; Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred; OSHA 500 a big plus. Safety certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST) are advantageous. Extensive knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, safety software, and data analysis tools. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Availability for 24/7 on-call support for safety emergencies. Willingness to travel regionally and out of state, including overnight stays.
