This position is a floater role. The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Manager. You will oversee daily operations and management of our multi-family property, focusing on resident satisfaction, leasing activities, and property management. Core Values

Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries professionally. Create a welcoming atmosphere for leasing experiences. Engage with prospects, understanding their needs. Conduct property tours highlighting amenities and features. Ensure smooth lease renewals with a customer-focused approach. Assist in planning resident events to foster community. Leasing and Marketing Duties
Use persuasive sales techniques to promote the property. Collaborate with marketing to showcase the property online and via social media. Guide prospects through the leasing process, explaining terms and procedures. Process applications, conduct background checks, and finalize leases. Maintain accurate resident and lease data in management software. Assist with rent collection and lease renewals. Stay informed about property features and community amenities. Market Insight & External Relations
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity. Work with vendors and industry partners to maximize leasing opportunities. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years leasing experience. Preferred: Experience with Onesite, degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields. Skills & Competencies
Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in property management software, CRM, and MS Office. Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable. Knowledge of leasing laws and fair housing regulations. Valid drivers license and transportation. Key Qualities
