Meet with clients to understand their concerns and plans. Explain benefits, coverage, and investment options available to clients. Educate clients and answer questions about solutions, options, and risks. Recommend solutions from a portfolio of over 200 options organized in proprietary software. Maintain client relationships and adjust coverages as needed for life changes. Collaborate with a support team. Keep detailed records in our software for client safety. Possess a teachable spirit and eagerness to learn. Establish rapport quickly and build connections. Demonstrate empathy and strong listening skills. Maintain above-average communication skills. Minimum education required is a High School Diploma or GED. Our compensation plans are highly customizable and can be discussed directly with the agency owner.
