This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sun City Center, FL for a Portfolio Community Association Manager. The role involves day-to-day management of multiple community associations, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with vendors, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with community regulations. The Portfolio Community Association Manager also acts as a point of contact for residents and board members, attends board meetings, and facilitates effective communication within the community. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple community associations. Oversee maintenance and coordinate with vendors. Prepare and manage budgets; ensure financial controls and reporting. Ensure compliance with community regulations and governing documents. Serve as primary point of contact for residents and board members. Attend board meetings and facilitate effective communication within the community. Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience. Daily travel is expected for this position. Seniority level
