The QA Document Coordinator compiles and records production data for production or quality areas in our company databases to prepare records for quality assurance and other aspects of production. The QA Document Coordinator will collect various QA information enter into the appropriate systems for historical recording. A successful QA Document Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems by performing the following duties:

Compiles and records production data for pipe from documents produced during the production process.

Maintains files of documents used and prepared during production.

Organizes and maintains file system for Fabrication Fit, Fabrication Weld, and Pipe Component Lining & Coating operations.

Monitors and reviews QA contractor timesheets used for preparation of payroll.

Prepare product specification package for customer.

Performs other tasks as instructed by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. 2. Must be able to have effective written and oral communication skills. 3. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to speak effectively before groups of managers or employees of organization. 4. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio and percent. 5. Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 6.Must be able to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software, Manufacturing software, Spreadsheet software, Access and Word Processing software. 7. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of employees, both verbally and in writing. 8. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 9. Must have robust organizational skills and problem-solving skills. 10. Must be able to effectively multitask, and balance priorities in a dynamic environment. 11. Must have great attention to detail. 12. Must have excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
