The selected candidate will join our team of cyber security professionals as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) on-site at Palmdale, California. As an ISSO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governing documentation and security policies in alignment with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the Information System Security Manager's (ISSM) guidance. You will collaborate with fellow ISSO's, ISSM's, and diverse integrated product teams to: Develop system documentation for the assessment and authorization, management of security posture, and continuous monitoring of information systems (i.e. Authorization to Operate (ATO), System Security Plan (SSP), Security Control Traceability Matrix (SCTM), Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), etc.) Perform system assessment and authorization, continuous monitoring and auditing, user account management, and support containments/investigations Assist with providing cyber security education and training for all system users on appropriate best practices and risk mitigation Participate in the implementation of current and future security domains (e.g. DevSecOps, AI, Cloud Computing, etc.) Perform other associated duties as required What's In It For You:

Experience as an Information System Security Officer, System Administrator, Network Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or Cyber Security relevant role. Experience working in a mission focused, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills, building rapport with stakeholders at all levels. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. This position requires a Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
