Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Associates role at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Dinsmore has immediate opportunities for associates in the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups in multiple offices across WV, OH, and KY. Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation. For the Labor and Employment opportunity, advise employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and handle matters related to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour issues. Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in the relevant practice areas. Active license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia; out-of-state candidates willing to sit for the Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia bar exam, or eligible for admission in one of these states, will be considered. Strong academic background with excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Location
