Responsibilities:Improve transparency of project-related action itemsCost analysisProcess documentationFeasibility analysis of optimization projectsOptimize daily processes with new ideasOverview and updated detailed ScheduleMaterials inspectionCoordinate project steps with plant operationsRead and interpret drawingsCompetent contact for external business partnersTraining and experience in core area of studyStudy and improve plant safety measuresAssist where needed by the department or other areasAssist and lead meetings Qualifikationen Qualifications:Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant degree is required to participate in the intern program.Preferred Requirements:Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degreeA minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of studyAvailable for a minimum of 3 months, prefer availability for a maximum of 6 monthsAdditional details:Hourly pay rate of $20.00hr for our internship programMBV does not offer assisted living or a relocation package for this assignmentThis is an onsite position Learning Objective:We value education and want to invite current students to work with us as they work towards their educational goals. The midsize Mercedes-Benz Metris vans are also reassembled at this locationMercedes-Benz Vans, LLC invested 500 million U.S. dollars in the construction of a new Sprinter production plant in addition to an expansion of the previous assembly operations.
