We are hiring for a Front Desk Agent to join a prestigious luxury hotel located in the heart of Atlanta. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring each stay exceeds expectations through friendly, professional service.

Salary: $17.00-$18.00/hr - Paid Weekly

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle requests with promptness and courtesy. Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services. Process payments and maintain accurate records using hotel systems. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs. Handle guest complaints or concerns with a problem-solving mindset. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Front Desk Qualifications:

Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with hotel management software (OnQ or similar) is a plus. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
