Perform lease administration functions, office management, and resident services for assigned properties. Provide administrative support for property and blended management in accordance with fair housing laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Prepare, organize, and maintain office including data entry, resident files, correspondence, and events. Provide reception, answer calls, assist visitors, applicants, and residents. Respond promptly to requests or complaints. Interview prospective residents, provide marketing info, show units, process applications, and maintain files. Maintain resident transfer lists, move-in/move-out lists, parking lists, and other data. Set up and update lease files, prepare lease packages, schedule move-ins and orientations. Receive rent checks, issue receipts, prepare deposits, and post payments in management software. Proficient in property management software. Verify resident forms, assist in processing verifications, and enter data into management systems. Schedule extermination, inspect premises, and prepare notices. Prepare notices and maintain contacts with local agencies. Prepare security reports, monitor cameras, and inspect premises. Coordinate office supplies, oversee shipping/receiving, and call for service on equipment. Generate and file work orders in management software. Maintain calendar for community room and meeting facilities. Supervisory Responsibilities

Include marketing, technology use, job knowledge, problem solving, cost consciousness, productivity, safety, adaptability, initiative, and professionalism. Requirements Associate's degree or 2+ years related experience. Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and communicate effectively. Basic math and reasoning skills. Knowledge of property management software, MS Office, internet. Valid Michigan Drivers License. Proficiency in additional languages helpful. Occasional travel. Physical Demands
Regular standing, walking, using hands, talking, occasional sitting, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds, and vision requirements. Work Environment
Moderate noise, occasional outside weather exposure. Reasonable accommodations available. #ZR Seniority level
