Leasing Specialist

Los Angeles, CA Pay Rate:
$17-$18.00 hourly+ auto allowance + commissions ( Potential to Earn Up to $80,000/Year or more) Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email Conduct property tours and highlight community features Process applications and lease agreements Maintain accurate records of leasing activity Meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or leasing experience preferred Yardi experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule Benefits
