Responsibilities: Supports front desk operations in a busy physician's office Performing all duties related to revenue cycle operations Check-in/check-out Collecting payments Scheduling appointments Handling patient inquiries Scheduling procedures/surgeries Entering orders, and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules Handle patient issues Record patient information and various other administrative support duties Role requires utilizing multiple computer systems, multi-tasking, critical thinking skills to track, follow up, and ensure task completion Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: Required 6 months of healthcare Or 6 months of Customer Service Required High School or Equivalent Highly preferred physician office experience Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
