Job Description Sr. SAP S/4 - AMS Delivery Manager - Hybrid Position Details: Title: On-Site AMS Delivery Manager Application Services (with SAP Focus) Location: Atlanta Type: Full-time Department: IT / Application Services Reports to: Head of Application Services / Delivery Director

Overview:

The AMS Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) for clients, focusing on manufacturing sectors and SAP solutions. Key duties include managing performance, optimization, and continual improvement of enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform, to drive business outcomes and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Application Services Delivery Management:

Lead delivery of AMS, ensuring seamless operation of enterprise applications including SAP, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. SAP Technology Leadership:

Oversee SAP suite deployment, integration, and optimization, leveraging latest innovations for client processes. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of applications with business needs. Farming New Business Opportunities:

Identify and drive new service opportunities within existing accounts. Account Financials & Profitability Management:

Manage budgets, costs, resource allocations, and P&L for client accounts. Account Pursuits & Business Development:

Lead SAP-focused pursuits, collaborate with sales teams, and secure new contracts. Innovation & Solutioning:

Drive digital transformation, automation, AI, and machine learning initiatives using SAP technologies. Team Leadership & Resource Management:

Lead internal teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

Optimize workflows, monitor service delivery, and improve application performance. Reporting & Performance Metrics:

Monitor KPIs, provide reports, and address service gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 10-15 years in application management, with 5+ years in leadership, especially with SAP environments. Deep knowledge of SAP solutions and cloud technologies. Strong client management and leadership skills.

Certifications & Industry Experience:

SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform) ITIL, PMP, Agile certifications preferred Experience in manufacturing sectors preferred
