Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Champion Data Quality: Act as the point person for data integrityvalidating accuracy and completeness across key business data sources (including SAP and cloud platforms). Investigate and resolve data quality issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Bridge Business and Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with business leaders, analytics teams, and IT partners to gather requirements, translate business needs into clear data specifications, and ensure solutions meet operational objectives.

Collaborate with our IT organization to work within Google Cloud Platform/Snowflake to build automated data pipelines (e.g. using AirFlow, dBT) to ingest and transform data to make it ready for analytics and/or visualization.

Support Data Process Governance: Develop, maintain, and enhance data validation processes, documentation, and definitions (e.g., KPIs, data lineage) to promote consistent and trustworthy analytics.

Facilitate Communication and Alignment: Lead discussions, document business-critical data definitions, and promote transparent communication among a diverse set of stakeholders.

Enable Enhanced Insights: Ensure that commercial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence teams have access to accurate, validated data for high-impact insights and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Computer Science

4+ years of Data/Analytics Engineering experience

High level of proficiency with SQL

Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines or a strong familiarity of the process

Strong familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. Snowflake, GCP)

Strong oral and written English skills

Familiarity with data analytics workflows, objectives, tech stacks, common terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

Consumer Goods Proven Experience is preferred

Business Analytics Experience is a huge plus

Experience supporting cross-functional SAP S4 HANA ERP projects

Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipeline tools (Github, Airflow, HVR, etc.)

Experience developing business process or data governance documentation

Exposure to data visualization platforms (DOMO and/or Sigma is preferred)

Commercial operations, sales analytics, or business partner-facing data roles
