$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Position Overview
The Manager of FP&A will play a key role in driving financial insight, business performance, and strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, while partnering cross-functionally to provide actionable analysis and recommendations. The Manager will also mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement of FP&A processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes across the organization. Consolidate and analyze financial results, including variance analysis and key performance metrics. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to provide financial guidance and decision support. Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive business insights. Prepare presentations and financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to support financial health and strategic initiatives. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions to improve business performance. Support M&A analysis, ROI evaluations, and ad-hoc strategic projects as needed. Implement process improvements and leverage technology to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Manage, coach, and develop FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and growth. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills with prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
