This role offers the opportunity to work onsite 100% and start immediately.Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day manufacturing by resolving line down situations, addressing scrap issues, and minimizing equipment downtime. Create, complete, and maintain essential documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing, and operational excellence teams to enhance productivity. Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment installation. Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality. Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and provide guidance on design concepts and specifications.Qualifications 1.5 to 3 years of sustaining/manufacturing engineering experience, particularly in supporting medical devices. Strong documentation skills and experience in resolving line down situations. Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in manufacturing engineering, typically obtained through advanced education.
