actively seeking a

Senior Associate Attorney

with 4 + years of experience

in

Trusts & Estates law

to join its Pasadena office. This is a key leadership role designed for an experienced attorney who can handle complex matters, support a partner, and manage a small team of associate attorneys while maintaining high billable productivity.

Key Responsibilities: Handle sophisticated trust and estate matters, including planning, administration, and litigation. Collaborate with and receive assignments from a Partner while independently managing case strategy and execution. Supervise and mentor a small team of Associate Attorneys and paralegals to ensure high-quality work product and professional development. Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, financial institutions, and opposing counsel. Meet or exceed annual billable expectations of

1,800+ hours . Contribute to business development and firm growth through excellent client service and reputation. Qualifications:

4+ years of Trusts & Estates experience , including advanced estate planning, high-net-worth clients, probate, and trust litigation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage junior attorneys and oversee case workflows. Proven ability to maintain a consistent and productive caseload. Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills. California Bar license in good standing required. Prior experience in a mid- to large-size law firm preferred.
