Regional Account Manager

Job DescriptionThe Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving growth, account management, and customer support within an assigned territory. This role manages all client interactions, including high volumes of calls, emails, and other communications, while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Account Manager partners with internal teams to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and support long-term client success.Education and experience:Required: 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Inside Sales Experience with high-volume client interactions (primarily email) Regional Account Managers will receive upwards of 200 email communications from clientele daily HS Diploma or EquivalentPreferred (Not Required): Bachelor Degree in a relevant Life Science or Business Experience in lab services and handling technical conversations in microbiology or medical device testing.Essential job functions: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels Collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities Manage assigned territory accounts, including new business development, customer support, and issue resolution Coordinate with Sales Support, Project Management, and Operations to ensure successful project completion Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track opportunities, quotes, and account details Represent the customer's voice to support new capabilities, capacity improvements, and process enhancementsAbout UsThe name Sotera Health was inspired by Soteria, the Greek goddess of safety, and reflects the Company's unwavering commitment to its mission, Safeguarding Global Health®.
