DescriptionAcara Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity.Territory SummaryCovers San Jose/Silicon Valley (primary focus) with additional accounts across the Bay Area, Central Coast (Santa Cruz, Monterey, Salinas, Gilroy), and Central Valley (Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento region).Client has a trusted name with over 32 years of community commitment, recognized for having a strong national presence with over 200 distribution centers and 35,000 retail partners, they continue to expand and focus on delivering reliable, renewable power solutions while upholding core values of respect and collaboration.Base Salary: $85-$90k DOE Uncapped Commission PlanEstablished Accounts: Candidates will begin by managing and expanding existing business relationships.Primary Responsibilities:Expand the client base.Enhance relationships with existing customers.Drive new client acquisition.Maintain and grow current customer accounts.Increase overall sales volume and contribution margins within the designated territoryRequirements:Motivated and results-oriented individual.Dedicated to achieving sales targets.Committed to fostering strong client relationships.Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:4 years minimum sales experience working in retail manufacturing/distribution Motor Vehicle Record with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 yearsAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
