This position plays a key role in supporting our BoxBuild Department, focusing on quoting and selling complex electromechanical assemblies and wire harness solutions for high-reliability military and aerospace applications.We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in wire harness manufacturing and the ability to bridge engineering expertise with client-facing communication and sales strategy. If you're passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to mission-critical programs, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and analyze customer prints, drawings, and technical requirementsProvide accurate and timely quotes for complex assemblies, including wire harnesses and box buildsCommunicate technical product information clearly and persuasively to customersBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsCollaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and support teams to develop tailored solutionsCreate and present proposals, pricing, and technical documentation to clientsIdentify new business opportunities and assist in developing strategies to grow market shareTrack sales activities, meet established goals, and contribute to overall department successUnderstand industry competition and stay current on relevant technologies and trendsWhat You Bring:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferredMinimum 2 years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing environmentHands-on knowledge of wire harness assembly and quoting processes is highly preferredExperience with RF/Microwave interconnects, cable assemblies, and mechanical/electromechanical box builds is a plusStrong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel occasionally as neededWhy Join Us?Since 1986, C.E.
