This role will be responsible for designing robust automation frameworks, driving test strategy, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients.Perficient is always looking for the best and brightest talent and we need you! You'll work with the latest technologies, expand your skills, and become a part of our global community of talented, diverse, and knowledgeable colleagues.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, Playwright, and Java.Define and drive comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and API testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and quality assurance.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in the QA automation space.Qualifications8+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on architecture and framework designHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Java, and Playwright.Strong understanding of API testing, UI automation, and performance testing.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Strong hands-on experience with github copilot, chatgpt, ms copilotProficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Desired Skills:Experience in cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber.ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090.
