Integrations Specialist Master Data Management

Our team is looking for an Integrations Specialist Master Data Management to join them. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Applications & Development and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina. To be considered for the Integrations Specialist Master Data Management opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field Proven experience in systems integration, API development, or middleware configuration in enterprise environments Hands-on experience integrating data between ERP, PLM, and CRM platforms; experience with a combination of Infor Syteline, Infor Visual, Epicor, MS Dynamics CRM, Windchill PLM, or similar platforms preferred Familiarity with data modeling and architecture principles, particularly in the context of MDM Experience with integration platforms and scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) Deep understanding of data standards, transformation, normalization, and error handling in integration pipelines Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, message queuing, file-based exchange, and event-driven architectures. Strong analytical mindset with experience troubleshooting complex data flow issues Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work across functional and technical teams Experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments is a plus As an Integrations Specialist Master Data Management, you will: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements across Ontic's systems (ERP, PLM, CRM, MES, etc.) Lead the technical design and implementation of system integrations with the MDM platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data exchanges Build and maintain API and ETL-based integration workflows to harmonize and synchronize master data entities (e.g., parts, customers, vendor, platform) Participate in the selection, configuration, and customization of integration tools (e.g., middleware platforms, iPaaS, custom APIs) Support and maintain data pipelines that feed into the MDM system, ensuring near real-time updates where needed Establish monitoring and alerting frameworks for integration workflows to proactively detect issues Document data flows, integration interfaces, and technical configurations to support system operations and audit requirements Collaborate with MDM Data Stewards to implement business rules and data validations at points of integration Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements in all integration activities Participate in agile project ceremonies and contribute to the delivery of integration-focused milestones within the larger MDM program Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Compensation Pay Range $75,000-$100,000/year, based on experience Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
