Wealth Ops Group Manager

As the Wealth Ops Group Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the wealth management group. Additionally, you ensure efficient and effective delivery of operational processes, such as client onboarding, account maintenance, and transactions processing. The incumbent provides leadership to managers and professional associates, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, and develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Primary responsibilities include: Operations Management Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across processes. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop high-performing teams with a focus on client service, relationship management, and operational excellence. Risk & Compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing operational processes. Leadership & Oversight Provide strategic leadership across trading oversight, supervision, and operational risk functions. Supervision & Risk Management Oversee Regional Supervisory Officers (RSOs) and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Operational Excellence Champion continuous improvement in operational processes and client experience. Technology & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely delivery of internal, client-facing, and regulatory reports. Strategic Collaboration Partner with senior leadership to prepare for audits and regulatory examinations. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in wealth management, broker-dealer operations, or financial services Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and supervisory frameworks Experience with trading oversight, QA/QC, and risk management Active FINRA Series 24 and Series 7 Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) Knowledge of Citizens' operational and supervisory structure Process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) We offer competitive pay, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, maternity/paternity leave, flexible work arrangements, education reimbursement, wellness programs and more.
